About VoIP

You can find many service providers offering outsourced VoIP. What is harder to find is a company that helps you manage it so that it works well for your business. We provide VoIP with no markup. That’s because our focus is ensuring the VoIP works smoothly with your network and business systems.

Yes, voice quality will be excellent if your network is properly configured.

With VoIP, people typically save money from traditional phone service. We have seen our clients save a lot of money rather than using VoIP from their cable provider or internet service provider.

About Proactive Maintenance

Think of it as a tune-up for your car or maintenance for your HVAC. It is a way to keep your technology running smoothly and make sure the latest patches are installed to keep your data safe and secure.

Proactive maintenance avoids lost productivity from your team either using a slower computer than they should be or having an individual team member down for some time.

Absolutely, we would not recommend it to you if it wasn’t worth it. Everything we recommend is with our clients’ best interest at heart.

We offer flat rate billing with labor included (meaning it really is a flat rate), so you can always know what your monthly IT spend will be.

About Cybersecurity

No. It’s not the size of the company hackers are after but the value of the data.

Sometimes cyber criminals are just looking for a US-based address from where they can stage other attacks.

We protect your data on all of the attack surfaces: email, cloud accounts, local machines, and on your network.

About Cloud Services

You need our help because you already use a number of cloud services. We help our clients unify their cloud services so they are more secure and all work together.

All of the cloud service providers have changed their license agreements to state they are not responsible for people’s data. If the cloud service provider loses data, you absolutely need a backup.

No, they are not. Cloud service providers deliver services people can use and the ability to secure it - meaning it is not secure prior to customers making active steps to secure it. The reason they do this is, if they provide a completely secure service, their tech support calls would go through the roof because people wouldn’t be able to simply access the data in the cloud. We secure the cloud service provider’s software. We know what dials to turn and how to configure employee access for your specific situation. We work on the principle of least access, giving each employee the least amount of access they require to do their job. After all, you wouldn't want a summer intern to access your HR files.

Remote Helpdesk

More than 85% of the requests we receive can be handled remotely.

Although we work on a triage system, one of our technicians typically responds to help requests within 15 minutes.

Our technicians communicate with our clients as they are working on their issues. We also provide detailed reports at the end of the month breaking down everything we performed in that month of service.

About Our Work

In the IT world, you may hear it said there are basically two kinds of IT companies: Break/Fix companies and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Break/Fix is just what it sounds like - they only help you out when something goes wrong. We operate on the MSP model, but it’s not a very useful term for our clients. This is because MSP is an accounting model, not a term to help you understand how our services help you! We want to talk to you about how we meet your needs.

In this day and age, IT support and cybersecurity requires constant attention and training. By hiring an IT company, you are not only hiring an “IT guy” - you are also hiring the combined knowledge of a staff of IT professionals.
